Enforcement for Criminal – Illegal Drug – Gang Activity
- Proactive, competent law enforcement response to Crime and Gang Activity.
- The development partnerships with families, social services, and partner law enforcement agencies for crime prevention and intervention efforts

Traffic Safety
- Proactive, law enforcement response to speeding complaints and traffic safety concerns.
- Coordination of enforcement efforts that mirror community concerns
- Public Safety Announcements (PSAs) for a better informed motoring public

Increase Efficiency, Effectiveness and Professionalism of the Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office through Accreditation
- Verified Adherence to law enforcement professional standards that are divided into four general subject areas:
  - Administration
  - Operations
  - Personnel
  - Training

The Enhancement of School Safety and Partnerships with the Community
- School Resource Officer Program with enhanced equipment and technology
- Enhanced training for first responders, school officials and the community
- Re-establish structured anti- drug, alcohol and anti bullying Program at county schools

Establishment of Law Enforcement Roundtable - Community Partnerships
- Quarterly public discussions in each District (Solving Problems)
- Enhance the Sheriff’s Office understanding and response to community needs

Create a Volunteer Law Enforcement Explorer Program – Youth Leadership Development
- Child identification fingerprinting for parents
- Assistance with organized searches for lost/missing persons
- Sheriff's Office information booth at career fairs and community events

Volunteer Reserve Deputy Program
- Integrate highly skilled reserve deputies to enhance public safety services
- Augment existing operations with law enforcement certified volunteer personnel
